Coastal projects are those that lie seaward of the Department of Environmental Protection Coastal Construction Control Line and are governed by local and state requirements. We have established the knowledge and the permitting expertise to handle the stringent requirements in a timely manner by preparing plans to specifically address these requirements. Anderson-Dixon has designed and permitted several docks for residence and commercial use. The Inlet Harbor project included an extension dock and deck area which incorporated a local restaurant facility.
Anderson-Dixon assembled a team to design this oceanfront parking lot which also included a seawall, restrooms, picnic area, and a dune walkover. Anderson-Dixon was able to accommodate the needs of the City and County, maximize the number of parking spaces, and create an attractive facility for the local residents and visiting tourists.
