This vacant site has a high ADT and an existing canopy of mature trees.  Anderson-Dixon brought together a wide ranging design team to respect the existing site features and create a multi-use retail and restaurant project.  Anderson-Dixon and the landscape architect worked with City staff at length to preserve much of the tree canopy and create a site which blends the natural features with the built environment.
