Site research for this multi-family townhome project included consideration for coastal permitting requirements for this oceanfront site. The resulting luxury development was designed to enhance the existing site and the surrounding coastal environment.
Working with an architect who specializes in low income housing, a site was selected and designed to provide attractive home sites. This included meeting the needs of the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority as well as the Federal requirements that apply to this type of project.
A conceptual design was prepared which combined residential, commercial, and a restaurant on this site into one integrated neighborhood-style project. Existing trees were preserved and golf cart access was provided to the adjacent private golfing community.
